Kind Compass PTY LTD is an independent NDIS Support Coordination service grounded in compassion, integrity and genuine human connection.
We support people with disability to navigate the NDIS with clarity, confidence and purpose. Our role is to walk alongside participants and families, helping them understand their plans, coordinate supports and make informed decisions that align with their goals, values and circumstances.
At Kind Compass, we believe good support coordination is ethical, transparent and person centred. We focus on building capacity, strengthening choice and control, and supporting sustainable outcomes over time.
Support Coordination is not about taking over. It is about empowering people to move forward with confidence and direction.
Independence Statement
Kind Compass PTY LTD is an independent Support Coordination provider.
We do not deliver direct support services, therapy or plan management, and we do not receive commissions, incentives or referral benefits from providers.
This independence allows us to provide transparent and unbiased guidance focused solely on the participant’s needs, preferences and goals. Participants retain full choice and control over their supports and service providers at all times.
